In order to establish a web page there are some tools you may need to use. I use the following applications:

• Paint Shop Pro
  A wonderful graphic application. I use it to create graphics, resize images or edit images in various ways. I'm still using the 30 days trial evaluation copy I downloaded and hope to purchase it some day.
• HTML Color Picker
  A very easy-to-use program. You pick a color and the program tells you its HTML value.
• Cute FTP
  A very easy-to-use FTP program. I use it to upload files to my homepage's server. You can upload many files this way and save time.
• ACDSee Image Viewer
  I use it for....viewing Images! :-) and to determine the width and height of images.
