I don't use any editors while creating my pages. I write them in
HTML by myself.

This is a great page for beginners. It teaches everything, from putting images and links to tables. You will not find here explanation on image maps, frames, forms and more advanced stuff.
- Hebrew on the Internet
If you want to view or create web pages in Hebrew, you should
visit this page first. It explains everything there is to know about viewing web documents in Hebrew.
- Builder.Com: HTML for beginners
a step-by-step guide for building web pages. It's very basic and you won't get everything you need here. It also offers links to other resources.
- Beginner HomePage Starters Kit
Virtually everything you need to know for establishing a web page.
- Johnny's HTML Headquarters
This site offers help for beginners and for more advanced. There is help about lists, tables, image-maps and frames. There are also additional resources and explanation.
I learned frames from this site and it is truely great.
